MOY Sustainable Innovations is the initiator of a human powered toothbrush. No external energy source is necessary to empower the toothbrush and the brushing time is fixed and fully optimized.

The main emphasis of our project however, was on Embodiment Design. How to reduce the dimensions and the weight of the spring? Current springs didn’t see to fulfill these desires. Composite should be the solution: low weight, high strength and high-energy storage are the main advantages. This project was a four-month
dive into future spring possibilities.
